Dear Lynn:

I thought this would be a good time to give you our viewpoint on the history of the Globe and the potential liability or opportunity that the old globe represents.

In order to understand fully the old globe, you have to view the inventor of its liquid, Rod Quinn.

We know Rod well. He theorized with his partner, Loren Zanier, (a man who claims to have university credentials and to have religious credentials and qualifications that he did not have), that water is capable of carrying a signature of all elements. He claims that the electrical signature or resonant field from all matter can be duplicated in water or liquids.

We investigated thoroughly his theories and claims and found they were unsubstantiated, had no credibility, and results were inconsistent. We requested that he and Zanier file a patent. They attempted to write one and it was full of errors, mistakes, falsehoods, and supposition, which further reinforced our belief that Quinn was a "snake oil" salesman.

However, he was and is working in an area which many have traveled before - homeopathy, polywater, etc. The problem is that there isn't, until now, an explanation for why homeopathic remedies work in many cases, but not in other cases.

We made a decision to support Dr. Lo in his quest to discover what the mechanism is that could explain why our product worked, and maybe offer an explanation as to why homeopathy works sometimes. If there was a physical universe explanation, we would find it.

The search soon exposed Quinn's technology as unworkable and inconsistent. It also showed his technology lacked science, physics, mathematical or engineering principals or explanation.

However, Dr. Lo, of ATG, developed a theory, which then led to a search, which led to the discovery of the science of Nanotricity and the IE crystal.

Once discovered, we had to first isolate it, then concentrate it, and then measure it. The process has been long and laborious, involving our personnel, UCLA, Zhongshan University in China and others.

Our work was then subjected to peer review and then, after acceptance, the first two papers were published and patents applied for.

I give you our history so you can compare ours to Mr. Quinn's, who has provided your company with product prior to March 1997. Mr. Quinn has not developed scientific theories. He claims he has a product explained by quantum physics. OK. What is the theory? What labs have worked on the theory? What universities? What researchers? What papers have been published? Our investigation shows none. However, he continues to make the false claims and to disseminate erroneous information to the distributors of One World. He sells a product called the Earth Smart CD, and other products through persons such as Victoria Marton.

I have suggested that TradeNet handle all Attorney General inquiries as follows:

1. The product they have questioned is no longer sold by TradeNet and TradeNet is exchanging that product at no cost with the Super Globe.

2. Any questions regarding the science or physics should be referred to the manufacturer and inventor, Rod Quinn and Michael Ansley, who still sell a similar product, the Earth Smart Laundry CD. They, you are confident, will provide all scientific proof the Attorney General requires.

3. TradeNet can provide all scientific proof, lab tests and evidence required for the Super Globe System; a new globe supplemented by a liquid.

4. The original product sold by TradeNet has very many happy customers and TradeNet is proud of the success of the product in removing harmful detergents from the environment.

5. TradeNet is confident that the old product worked, as evidenced by enthusiastic consumer acceptance and TradeNet has always offered and still does offer a full refund to anyone who is not satisfied.

6. TradeNet changed its supplier and product because TradeNet wished to introduce a new improved product, which it has, and TradeNet will continue to improve the products. TradeNet also wanted to be able to provide thorough scientific evidence and proof, which it now can and does.

The Attorney Generals or any other regulators are targeting the wrong company by querying TradeNet. A wrong target can really burn up valuable time, resources and assets. The correct target should be the manufacturer, Rod Quinn and Michael Ansley.

For your information, in tests done by us on the original (non-ATG) Globe and on the Earth Smart Laundry CD, we have found low concentrations of crystal like structures. The ability of the globes and laundry CD to create structures outside the globe was minimal. In some products there were no structures at all. This makes the product difficult to defend. Tests by independent labs may or may not prove the product works. Analysis of the content shows water and food dye. This lack of real physical evidence is one problem. The lack of any scientific verification and the borrowing of other work in an attempt to hold a position is a bigger problem. In a dissertation written by a Dr. Kidd, of Aqueous Labs, and printed by them, it is clear they have no credible results or codified technology.

TradeNet has sold hundreds of thousands of these globes. Do they work? Water cleans. Modern washing machines are very efficient, and they, in combination with water, clean. It is better, in our opinion, to not create a break in reality by offering a product that does away with a liquid. Thus, the Super Globe System - a globe that combines elements of all competing products used with a liquid, albeit a small amount. Result? A product that works, fits more with an accepted reality and which already has proven lab results.

As you continue to flood the market with these products you will begin to impact the detergent companies bottom line. We estimate that you have already cost them $32,000,000 per annum. This will soon be hundreds of millions. They will not sit still. They will attack, if they are not doing so already. The science, physics and technology must be in place. It now is. We are creating truly credible and effective competition. So expect an attempt to buy you or ATG. They will fail to take you out. They could and may take out others like Quinn and Ansley. TradeNet they will not.

Meanwhile, we will continue to provide you with PRODUCTS that you can exchange in abundance and which replace the old harmful products.
