Dear Mr. Casella,

as you might remember, we met in September 1979 in Clearwater when I was investigating the purchase of the Clearwater Bank Building. Unfortunately the plans to purchase the building did not work out, but as you can well understand I have remained interested in property acquisition in the area, as it has great protential growth.

As you know I represent a number of major European investors, who are interested in US-real estate and developments.

Due to the necessary confidentiality in investments of that kind I have asked Mr. Rollin F. Perry and Mr. Robert S. Keefer jun. of Los Angeles to represent me in that area.

They have been.involved in looking in a number of areas in Florida and when they finally ended up recommending a purchase of an area in Clearwater, I thought that it was time to contact you again.

I would appreciate any assistance you could provide these gentlemen.

I also would appreciate if you could provide them with an up-to-date overview of Clearwater, its developments and if that is available a more recent idea about the real estate prices as a means of comparison for myself and the other investors.

I am very happy to get back in touch with you again and hopefully will see you, if I am able to join Mr. Keefer and Perry in their final negotiations. In the meantime I would appreciate if you would extent any assistance possible on my behalf.
